When we mention "Clevry", “we,” “our,” or “us” in this privacy policy, we are referring to Clevry UK Ltd., the company which provides the Services and owns the brand "Clevry".
When we mention “Services” in this privacy policy, we’re referring to our products and services which include but are not limited to our online psychometric platform, online 360 feedback platform, assessment and development centre exercises, organizational development, test user training and leadership development.
Information we collect/receive
Customer Data
Content and information submitted by users of our website is referred to in this policy as “Customer Data.”
Where we collect or processes Customer Data, we do so on behalf of the Customer. Clevry will hold Customer Data and related information for a minimum of 2 years after the last instance of contact between Clevry and the Customer.
Here are some examples of Customer Data (but keep in mind they are only examples and there may be others):
- Account creation information. Users of our website who provide information such as an email address and password to create an account.
- Billing and other information. Customers that purchase any of our digital services, our corporate affiliates and our third party payment processors may collect and store billing address and credit card information on our behalf or we may do this ourselves in order to process the payment.
- Services usage information. This is information about how you are accessing and using our services, this may include administrative and/or any support communications with us
- Contact information. Any contact information you use when contacting us such as email address, company office address, job title, social media profiles and phone numbers.

A Customer has many choices and control over Customer Data (related to them) held by Clevry. For example every Customer has the right to erasure as well as the right to withdraw consent from any form of contact (unless contact is necessary for fulfilment of the contract) including all forms of marketing communication. Customers have the right to request a copy of any data that we currently hold on them including the source of where the data originated from as well as details of any recipient 3rd party (or categories of recipients) of the personal data

Other Choices

- With affiliates. We may engage affiliates in our business to process Customer Data.
Clevry is not responsible for how the 3rd party providers may collect, use, share and secure Customer Data.

- With third party service providers and agents. We may engage third party companies or individuals, such as third party payment processors, to process information on our behalf.
- With affiliates. We may engage affiliates to help process other information.
